FAQ

When will my order ship? 

Each clothing item order is made once you place an order. Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days.  For our school pre-orders, our TAT is 12-16 business days.  If you combine pre-orders with regular orders, your TAT will be 12-16 business days. 

BUSINESS DAYS do NOT include weekends & holidays.

All orders are shipped through USPS. Days for delivery will vary depending on your location, this delivery time is not included in production turnaround. 

How can I track my order? 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Please be sure your address is correct BEFORE completing an order at checkout. 

*Blue Rose Stitching is NOT responsible for any damage or loss of items after handed to USPS.

What is your return policy? 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not allow returns or exchanges. I do make mistakes at times, and I will try my best to fix your order. Please email/contact me if there are any issues with your order.  Contact us at bluerosestitching@gmail.com.
